1. Acceptability for registration and maintenance of accounts:

- The requested registration information must be complete, spelled and consistent with each other as well as obey the posting regulations.

- Registration information must be truthful, clear, and do not mislead viewers about prestige or identifying information of the suppliers.

- Supplier address information must be complete and specific.

- The mobile phone number and email or ID number must be valid. A mobile phone number or an email is only used for one account.

- Account name is a sequence of at least 7 characters having at least 1 letter in Vietnamese alphabet and obeying the following regulations:

• Name of shop must not be imitative or impersonate VHRPRO.COM and the administrator of VHRPRO.COM.
• Do not use special characters (ex: @, #, $, *,!, "",?, {,}, ++, ---, etc.), two consecutive white space letters, phone numbers and negative words not being suitable for Vietnam customs and culture.
• Do not use the protected or copyright logo. The logo of shop must be the official one or that of the product this shop is authorized to distribute. The negative images not being suitable for Vietnam customs and culture and personal photos are not allowed.

2 .Transaction Process

When purchasing on VHRPRO.COM customers should follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign in VHRPRO.COM with your registered account

Step 2: Select the service you want to purchase by clicking “SERVICE”

Step 3: Select Category in "SERVICE"

You can select categories you want in the "SERVICE" page also search for your favorite products in the "Filter" section.

If you want to contact with us, please click "Contact" and fill in customer information.

Select the prepayment item for the order and the payment method, then press the "Payment" button. The Customer Order will be sent to "Supplier" by VHRPRO.

Step 4: Choose payment method of service through VTC Payment Gateway

Step 5: Customers receive confirmation of booking after the payment process is completed.

3. Commit that the information of the customer is confidential

 + Personal information of the customer will be committed to absolute confidentiality under the privacy policy. The individual information is used and taken only when having permission of its owners, which is except for requiring of law.

+ Do not use, transfer, supply or disclose to third parties personal information of customers without their consent.

When registering to become a member, the customer must provide all relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, telephone number... and be responsible for the legality of this information. We are not responsible for or solving any complaint relating to the benefit of the customer if it considers that all the personal information of that member provided when initially registering is inaccurate.
